Who we are?
ZURU Tech is made up of multiple legal entities wholly-owned by Creative Impact (Hong Kong) Ltd. ZURU Tech includes, and this Privacy Policy is issued by and behalf of, Creative Impact (Hong Kong) Ltd. and its subsidiaries. ZURU Tech includes any and all of their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and are referred to in this policy as "we", "our" or "us".
What information do we collect?
We collect information that is directly related to the products and service you choose including information collected automatically and personal information.
Information collected automatically (cookies) is used by ZURU Tech for aggregated statistical analyses or systems administration purposes only. You can know more about our Cookie Policy here. No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities, except where required by law.

Entrants in Competitions, Contests and Sweepstakes
We may offer competitions, sweepstakes and contests through the Website that may require registration. By participating in a competition, contest or sweepstake, you agree to the terms, conditions and official rules that govern that particular promotion. Job Candidates
We collect information from job candidates. This information will contain personal information such as name, address, employment history and reference details.
Generally, we will collect personal information directly from the job candidate but some information may be provided by third parties providing human resource services. Job candidate personal information will be used for recruitment purposes and to evaluate the job candidate's application. Where we wish to use the information for other purposes we will seek job candidates' agreement beforehand.

ZURU Tech conducts business throughout the world through multiple office locations and the personal information that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored at, or processed in our offices around the world or third parties carrying out such services on our behalf. All information we collect from you may be located in countries with privacy laws that may be different from where you live.
We ensure your personal data is protected by requiring all our companies and service providers to follow the same rules when processing your personal data. By using our Services, the transfer, collection, processing of data will occur as specified in this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and any other terms provided at the time of collection. ZURU Tech is committed to keeping your trust by protecting and securing your personal information. We have in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect all personal information provided to us from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We limit access to personal information to individuals with a business need consistent with the reason the information was provided.
The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites and apps will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. How long will we keep your personal data?

• Candidates: With your prior consent, we retain your data for 2 years after we delete your candidacy profile.
• Collaborators, clients, and all other uses: We retain your data for 10 years.
To determine these retention periods, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of your personal data; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; whether we can achieve our processing purposes through other means; and applicable legal requirements.
Your legal rights
If you wish to unsubscribe from e.g. newsletters or marketing emails you will be able to do so via the link provided in those emails. If you wish to delete cookies placed, our cookie policy will help show you how to do that. Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
Do not track right. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there currently isn't an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals. We don't respond to them at this time. We wait the result of work by the privacy community and industry to determine when such a response is appropriate and what form is should take. If you turn on Do Not Track in your website browser, we will respect your choice.
We don't have any automated processing including profiling. This website is not intended for children
Our Website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 without permission from a parent or guardian.
